"Business Analyst" is simply a catch all term for someone who looks at data to adjust processes, policies, products or systems to better align with a company’s goals and growth.  In short, a Business Analyst is a problem solver.

My role at Tracer is focused on solving client problems by using all the tools and data at our disposal. One of the latest problems the Transport Industry, in particular, has come across is how to digitise a business’s RTMS certification with minimal labour and cost implications.  Taking it one step further, I am currently working on how to use the data that RTMS certification requires to help businesses flourish and grow.
